Dimafix Pen

DIMAFIX PEN (90 ml) is a new product that has the same adhesive properties as DimaFix spray. This spray is very effective in providing better surface adhesion depending on temperature - adhesiveness increases at temperatures above 65°C. Once printing is complete and the pad has cooled down, the model can be easily removed. DimaFix Pen is liquid, which is a difference from DimaFix spray. It contains no gas and is environmentally friendly. It does not smell during printing.

It lasts for over 100 uses and is water soluble, making it easy to clean.

Instructions for use:

Clean the printing surface of the printer and make sure the pad temperature is below 50°C.
Shake the Dimafix Pen adhesive stick for a few seconds, then apply it to the cold print pad from a distance of approximately 30 cm.
Wait a few seconds for the surface to dry, then heat the pad to the desired temperature according to the filament type and Dimafix working temperatures as shown in the table below. The product works optimally at temperatures above 65°C.
When printing is complete, allow the pad to cool below 65°C and carefully remove the model from the pad.

Spray adhesion according to pad temperature:

20°C - 60°C: No optimized adhesion properties.

60°C - 75°C: Medium adhesion, suitable for simple geometries

75°C - 95°C High adhesion, for long-lasting prints and complex geometries 
Over 95°C Very high adhesion, for long term prints and complex geometries
